Shopping Procedures
Thank you very much for your orders. You will receive an 'Order Confirmation' email by the system automatically once you confirmed and completed the payment process.
We will send a 'Shipping Confirmation' email to you after we have dispatched your order within 10 days.
Payment Methods
All prices on ART PROJECTS GALLERY online Shop are listed in your local currency of search. Please double check the currency at TOTAL upon check out.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, UnionPay and PayPal.
All credit card transactions are processed securely by PayPal & Stripe. We receive payment from PayPal & Stripe without ever seeing sensitive financial details like your credit card or bank account numbers.
Delivery
We offer worldwide FREE shipping to most countries.
We aim to arrange all deliveries within 10 days, otherwise we will inform you on the situation and estimated timeline.
For delivery within Singapore, we will give you a call to arrange for delivery once your items are packaged and ready for delivery.
International orders are shipped by Fedex or DHL.
We will provide you a tracking number once your items are packaged (within 10 days) and ready to ship.

Return & Exchange
Goods sold cannot be exchanged or returned under normal circumstances.
We ensure all works of art are in good condition and packaged to withstand normal shipping condition before dispatched.
In the event that the work of art is damaged, please contact us at eshop@artprojectsgallery.com with photographs of the damage item within 7 days upon receipt of goods. We will discuss with the artist on the best possible remedies either by arranging restoration to be done by local professional restorer or the artist him/herself, replacement or reimbursement from insurance.
Customs Charges
If the customer's country or region charges fees like import tariff, value added tax, customs handling fees, etc, the customer will have to bear the charge(s).
The fees will be collected by the Post Office or the shipping company of the customer's country or region to pay on behalf of the customer.
We bear no responsibility in the event that the delivery of an order is delayed due to customs.
